Tutoring Agreement:

Two sessions per week charged at $90.00 per 50 minute tutoring session for individual students. If there are two or more students being tutored within the same family, then the session rate is $85 for each student.

Invoices are emailed by the 1st of each month. Payment must be made within seven days of receiving the invoice (the 7th of each month). If payment is made after the due date tutoring will be paused until the bill is paid. Please do not give any payments to tutors. 

Acceptable Payment Methods:

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are automatically processed through the TutorBird Parent Portal. All client accounts are required to be enrolled in Auto-Pay. Families may choose to store either a credit/debit card or a bank account (ACH) as their preferred payment method. Credit/debit card transactions include a 3% processing fee, while ACH bank transfers include a reduced 1% processing fee.

If a payment is declined (for example, due to an expired card) and is not resolved within the first week of the month, tutoring sessions will be temporarily paused until the account is up to date.

Student Criteria for Effective Outcomes:

1. Be at least 5 years old
2. Speak and understand spoken English
3. Full-scale IQ above 70
4. Can pass the 10 minute student screening
Students who do not meet these criteria will not fully benefit from this program.

Your student's sessions are standing appointments.

Consistency in attendance is critical to achieve educational growth.
If an emergency occurs, please call the tutor in advance, if possible, and advise him/her of your cancellation.

Make-up sessions will be offered for missed appointments when advance notice is given at least 24 hours before your scheduled tutoring time. If no make up times within the month of the canceled session are convenient for the student or tutor, then the student will be credited on the following month’s invoice. Understandably, last minute cancellations (as defined within 24 hours of the scheduled tutoring time) may be inevitable, so last minute cancellations will be charged at the full session rate.

Excessive cancellations without make-up sessions may result in the need for a meeting to determine if the student should continue in the program.

Prompt arrivals and pick-ups are essential. Appointments are tightly scheduled, and there is no supervised waiting area. Please notify the tutor when there are any changes regarding who will be picking up your student. Your student’s safety and security are critical.

Deborah Service and tutors are available to the parents for a professional consultation at no charge for time that takes less than 10 minutes. Please let Deb or your tutor know at the beginning of a session that you would like to meet, so they can end the tutoring session early enough to consult with you. If more time is needed, we would be happy to set up an appointment with you and would charge our tutoring rate for that time.

With your consent, you allow us to take photographs or videos to be used for Reading with Results marketing.

RWR gives all students their record folder upon completion or discontinuation of the course. RWR will not be held responsible for keeping any records of students who are not currently active with the program. Your signature below will signify your willingness to release RWR from any responsibility to keep your child’s past records.
